RackStat Athlete Guide

Athlete Overview

This guide explains the main areas of RackStat and how athletes can use the app to track training, submit lifts, monitor progress, and stay accountable.

1. The Lobby

The Lobby is your starting point. From here, you can access The Board, The Rack, The Kitchen, your profile, and other athlete tools.

2. The Board

The Board shows team lifting clubs, rankings, and weight class records. Your verified lifts can help you climb the board.

Some records require coach approval before they appear officially.

3. The Rack

The Rack is where you submit strength numbers and personal record attempts.

  • Enter accurate lift numbers.
  • Submit new PRs for coach review.
  • Approved PRs update your profile and may affect The Board.

4. Workouts

When workouts are assigned or available, log your completed sets and weights honestly. Consistent logging helps coaches track progress and effort.

5. The Kitchen

The Kitchen is used for nutrition and meal tracking. This helps build awareness of habits that support performance, recovery, and consistency.

This is not medical or diet advice. Use it as a tracking tool and follow guidance from qualified professionals, coaches, parents, or school staff.

6. My Profile

Your profile contains your basic information, bodyweight, performance numbers, and training history.

  • Keep your information accurate.
  • Review your current maxes.
  • Track your progress over time.

7. Parent Access

Parents or guardians may request read-only access to view approved athlete data. Coaches control approval.

Parent access does not allow anyone to edit your lifts, workouts, meals, or profile.

8. Best Practices

  • Log workouts consistently.
  • Only submit accurate numbers.
  • Use The Rack when you hit a new PR.
  • Check The Board to track progress and competition.
  • Keep your profile updated throughout the season.

Important Note

RackStat is a performance tracking tool. It does not provide medical, nutrition, or training advice. Always follow your coach’s instructions and school policies.
