RACKSTAT is an educational athletic performance platform designed to help schools, coaches, student-athletes, and approved parents track training activity, strength development, nutrition logs, and program participation in a secure, school-controlled environment.
RACKSTAT may collect and store the following types of information:
Information is collected only to provide athletic performance tracking, team management, coach oversight, parent-approved visibility, progress monitoring, and program administration for participating schools and athletic programs.
RACKSTAT does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize student data. Student information is not used for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, or unrelated marketing purposes.
RACKSTAT acts as a technology service provider to participating schools and athletic programs. Student data remains under the control of the school, district, or authorized program personnel. Schools determine appropriate use, account access, and participation within their program.
Parents, legal guardians, and eligible students may request access to, correction of, or deletion of student information in accordance with applicable law and school policy. Requests may be made through the athlete’s coaching staff, school administrator, or by contacting RACKSTAT at privacy@rackstatapp.com.
RACKSTAT uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect student and user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but RACKSTAT is designed to apply reasonable safeguards appropriate for protecting student and athletic program data.
Student and user data is retained for as long as needed to support the athlete’s participation, school program administration, legal obligations, security review, or platform operation.
Schools, authorized users, parents, guardians, or eligible students may request deletion of records. Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable administrative timeframe, subject to legal, security, backup, or school-retention obligations.
If RACKSTAT becomes aware of a confirmed security incident involving protected student information, affected educational institutions will be notified without unreasonable delay following confirmation of the incident and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
RACKSTAT uses Firebase and Google Cloud services to host, authenticate, store, and secure platform data. These providers support the technical operation of the platform and are not permitted by RACKSTAT to use student information for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
RACKSTAT is not a medical provider, healthcare service, dietitian, or nutritional advisory platform. Information entered into RACKSTAT is used for tracking and awareness only and should not be considered medical, dietary, rehabilitation, or professional training advice.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. Updated versions will be posted within the platform, and continued use of RACKSTAT constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy.

Authorized coaches and school administrators may review, manage, approve, or monitor athlete data associated with their athletic program in accordance with school policies and applicable law.
RACKSTAT acts as a technology service provider to participating schools and athletic programs. Student data remains the property of the educational institution and/or authorized users.
Authorized school personnel are responsible for determining appropriate platform usage and managing access permissions for coaches, athletes, parents, and staff.
RACKSTAT implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect student and user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
RACKSTAT does not sell student data, does not use student data for advertising, and does not knowingly disclose educational records except as directed by authorized school personnel or as required by law.
In the event of a confirmed data security incident involving protected student information, affected educational institutions will be notified without unreasonable delay in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Participation in athletic training and physical activity involves inherent physical risks. Users acknowledge that athletic participation is voluntary and accept responsibility for decisions related to workouts, nutrition, conditioning, and physical activity.
RACKSTAT does not provide medical, dietary, rehabilitation, or professional training advice. Users should consult qualified medical or athletic professionals before making health, nutrition, or training decisions.
Accounts are managed by the associated school or coaching staff. Access may be modified, restricted, or revoked for violations of these terms, school policy, or platform misuse.
Schools and authorized users may request deletion of student records upon termination of service, subject to reasonable administrative processing time and applicable legal retention obligations.
While RACKSTAT strives to maintain reliable platform availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally impact availability.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
